Sklar's® Meyerding Skin Hook is a double ended instrument featuring a right angle, flat, 15mm blade with a downward lip at one end and a sharp, thin 10mm hook at the other. This retractor end is used for holding back muscle and tissue. The overall length is 6-1/4 inches.
