Sklar's® Mayo-Adams Retractor is a handheld self-retaining instrument that features a Tru-Grip ratchet. This retractor is used in a variety of procedures to hold back tissue and expose the surgical site. The U-shaped tips measure 40mm x 19mm and are curved outward.
