Description
Sklar's® DeLee Obstetrical Forceps are an OB/GYN instrument used for aid in delivery a baby in an ideal occiput anterior position. They are the most common type of forceps utilized when the use of forceps is necessary. They feature a handle with finger rests and smooth, fenestrated, teardrop shaped blades. This is also referred to as having a cephalic curve. It is available in a standard length of 14 inches or a short length of 12 inches. The DeLee forceps can be used with the Bill Traction Handle.
