Afex® Incontinence Management System offers a discreet and comfortable way for the management of male urinary incontinence. The Afex® system aids in the management of moderate to severe urinary leakage often associated with prostatectomy, or general long term incontinence. This innovative alternative to external catheter's, adult diapers and disposable pads comes with everything you will need to get started.
The Afex® Management System with the Low Style Receptacle is ideal for men who may be less active or sit for long periods of time. The low style receptacle is NOT also recommended for bed time use and should be replaced with a HIGH STYLE Receptacle provided the patient has the required penis length of one inch or more. The receptacle is designed with a double wall to to prevent urine back flow and prevent skin rash. It is latex, adhesive and pressure free.
The Afex® Kit includes:

Additional Sizes:
Open-Sided Brief provides sedentary or mobility assisted patients a comfortable alternative to the standard boxer brief. This brief is secured by Velcro located on the sides of the brief for easy change by patients and caregivers.
